Diverse Minds is founded by me, Leyla Okhai, a coach, mediator, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing practitioner with over sixteen years’ experience. As the former Head of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre at Imperial College London I have been a senior leader and had to navigate this tightrope. Additionally, I have supported other organisations, such as the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, EY, Engineering Firm WYG, and the University of London. In addition to individuals on a 1-2-1 basis.
