Why am I talking about mental health awareness events? 

I decided to make an episode on this topic as it’s just been Time to Change’s Time to Talk Day. As important as one-off events are, they can sometimes feel sporadic. So, it’s important to understand how you can tie one-off events cohesively to complement your wellbeing strategy.
