I had previous experience of traditional coaching before working with Leyla, but this was my first ever collage coaching session, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
This type of coaching helped me to look at things from a new perspective – allowing me to creatively explore my thoughts and produce something visual that I could reflect on.
Leyla was brilliant at guiding me throughout the session, and creating a calm space. I felt listened to as I shared my reflections with Leyla, and she offered her own insights which I found helpful and thought provoking.
This session made me realise that sometimes the best way to work through your thoughts is to stop thinking (which sounds a bit backwards, I know).
Leyla encouraged me not to overthink, and by doing just that I was able to tap into things I wasn’t necessarily conscious of. Thank you so much Leyla!
